We are a non-profit community interest company that provides support services to the local community.
Services we provide:
- NHS Social Prescribing
- Transfer of Care, Hospital Discharge,
Building day opportunities for older people with an identified need - Community Transport
- Community Cafe
- Unemployment Support
- Form Filling Support,
- Mental Health Recovery
- Holiday Activities and Food Program for families registered on free school meals
- Wellbeing sessions and a Community gym
