🩺 Public Inquiry for the Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Integrated Care Board
Commissioned to explore “What helps people stay well in their communities”, the findings shaped the development of a new Community Champion Programme.

💡 Feasibility Studies on Wellbeing, VCSE Sector and Commissioning

Delivered three in-depth studies for the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, alongside a full review, helping to inform local investment and strategy for community wellbeing.  This informed the spend of £1,427.836 Communities and Place funding. 

☕ Training and Development Resources

Produced practical guidance such as “How To Set Up a Community Café” — a step-by-step guide designed for VCSE organisations, adaptable for both formal and informal delivery models.

We combine academic rigour with real-world understanding — ensuring research isn’t just written, but used to drive better services and stronger communities.
